ADDY ELIGIBILITY
•    All work entered in the ADDY competition must have first appeared in the media or printed/distributed between January 1 and December 31, 2011 
•    Creative that was entered in prior ADDY competitions may NOT be resubmitted this year
•    With the exceptions of Public Service Advertising, Advertising for the Arts, and Advertising Industry Self-Promotion categories, work entered must have been the result of paid creative services and media placement in the normal course of business (excluding student entries) 
•    Entries must be submitted in the CBSA, DMA or MSA of the entrant (as defined by Arbitron or Nielsen for your local market)

•    Late entries will not be accepted
•    Entries must be prepared and packaged as per the entry guidelines
•    Bring a copy of your manifesto (this is the official entry form with all of your entries listed)
•    Entry fees must be paid on or before the December 13 deadline
•    Payment may be submitted online by credit card on the ADDY awards entry website when you enter the competition
•    We also accept payment by check. Checks will be accepted at the door on drop off date with physical entries. If mailing checks, checks must be received prior to the entry deadline
•    Make checks payable to AAF Metro Phoenix, PO Box 8767, Phoenix AZ 85066 
•    From the ADDY software, print out your ADDY Manifesto. This is your receipt so bring it with you to the drop off.
•   Payments will be applied to the appropriate online ADDY account so you can then print and deliver a manifest with your entries reflecting a zero balance due.

You must enter your local ADDY competition to be eligible for district competition, it is important that you do not miss this deadline. Entries in the “Local-only” category are NOT eligible to compete at the District or National level – no exceptions.

All entry fees will be forfeited. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, YOUR AGREE that your submission of entries acknowledges the right of the AAFMP and AD 2 Phoenix to use them for publication, exhibition, website, eMarketing and media coverage of the ADDY competition and awards show.
